No, Atlantis does not offer its own e-Depot. Instead, the Atlantis user chooses a suitable e-Depot solution themselves. A connection is then established with it. This involves a fully OAIS-compliant collaboration with an e-Depot of choice. Files and metadata are exchanged in real-time for long-term storage in the e-Depot or to retrieve sources from an e-Depot for consultation and publication purposes.

Atlantis offers support for dynamic and semi-static archives thanks to the Dossier Management module. In this module, dossiers are managed in the form of cases. The most common structure is Series - Dossier - Document.
