With the Museum module, Atlantis offers a comprehensive object registration system for managing and online presentation of the object collection. Our museum software follows international guidelines for describing the collection and processes for small, medium-sized, and large museums.

Every collection has its own unique character, just like the people who work with it. Atlantis Museum has been designed with the goal of providing a clear and complete web-based Museum software for the management of collections, with due observance of international standards.

The Museum software offers a total solution for museums for the collection management and online presentation of the museum collection. This module offers extensive collection management for the museum collection and Museum object registration. Provided is one integrated system in which it is immediately visible which information is recorded and which processes apply to the object. Within the Atlantis Museum software, the data entry screens are clear and custom-made for different types of data. There is the possibility to configure entry screens and assign them to specific user groups. New data can easily be added, both individually and in bulk, and handy import functions are available. Working with selections and datasets is also supported for an efficient workflow.

Flexible and adaptable

Atlantis is a Spectrum Compliant software that can be flexibly configured without the intervention of consultants or developers via the Configuration Cockpit. Within this interface, adjustments can be made according to your own insights. Think of creating custom reports, expanding drop-down lists and thesauri, setting authorizations and defining relationship options. It is also possible to view the relationship model and establish new relationships.

Metadata model fields can also be dynamically linked to thesauri, enabling functions such as auto-complete, navigation, validation, and multi-level entry.
