Atlantis User Group

User group

The Atlantis User Group is the place where users of the Atlantis software come together to strengthen one another. Whether you work at an archive, museum, municipality, or heritage organization: within this group, you will find peers working with the same challenges and the same system. Together with an active board, we facilitate opportunities for users to meet, so that we learn not only from the software, but also from the users themselves. The annual User Meeting is the fixed event where we meet in person to strengthen mutual collaboration and the use of Atlantis. During this meeting, DEVENTit shares current developments and updates, and we engage in extensive discussions about Atlantis with our users. Aside from this meeting, the board regularly organizes theme sessions that zoom in deeper on various aspects of collection management to share specific knowledge.

Atlantis User Group in Jira

Within DEVENTit’s support platform, the Atlantis User Group has its own digital meeting place centered around mutual support and knowledge exchange. The goal is to facilitate communication between users, making it easy to ask each other for advice, gauge experiences, or share interesting announcements and agenda items. Because Atlantis is widely used by archives, museums, municipalities, companies, and heritage associations, there is a wealth of practical knowledge available that everyone can benefit from.
