New website for Camp Westerbork
Daily, many calls and emails were made to Camp Westerbork with questions about individuals during World War II. You can imagine that this takes a lot of time. About three years ago, they started the process and chose to work with Atlantis. The team ultimately focused on “Targeted information acquisition.” This choice allows visitors to search very specifically for the information they want access to. It aligns perfectly with the organization’s objectives.
The Memorial Center Camp Westerbork has now started the process of renewing the website. You can read more about this in a news item from the Digital Heritage Network. The new website will connect personal data, the museum collection, and eventually the library, allowing site visitors to search easily and linking everything together. This website uses Atlantis APIs to retrieve information.
New face at DEVENTit
Our sales team has expanded with a new colleague. We welcome Carlijn Jansen as an internal sales representative.
She will introduce herself to you.
“My name is Carlijn Jansen, I am 25 years old and recently started working at DEVENTit. I studied MBO Marketing and Communication, continued with AD Event Management, and graduated in 2021 with a degree in HBO Communication. At DEVENTit, I have the opportunity to join the sales team. My focus will primarily be on marketing and communication. I will support Herre Jan and Laurens in sales and relationship management activities.
I hope to become that indispensable link and, of course, learn a lot and improve both myself and the organization. Feel free to reach out to me via LinkedIn to get to know each other or to see if we can help each other.”
Recap Atlantis User Meeting
At the beginning of May, an Atlantis user meeting took place. All important updates were discussed, and there was room for questions. Since the previous user meeting a year earlier, we have welcomed a significant number of new clients, who were introduced during this session. During this meeting, we zoomed in on the roadmap, licensing model overview, Atlantis 7, updates on planning, and shared experiences.
Atlantis users utilize a closed group on Pleio for mutual information exchange. The report from this session will soon be posted in this environment.
Highlighted Standard Feature: Search Form
When searching in Atlantis, various search options have been presented. With the search form, you can specifically search for a result in a certain field. For each module, it has been determined which fields are searchable by default. Prefer to use different search fields? These can be adjusted according to the organization’s wishes in the Configuration Cockpit or submit your request in Jira.
